Changing lives is more than a slogan for project leader Mónica Liyau. Her project “Impactando Vidas” (Impacting Lives) works with over 3,000 Peruvian children between the age 7-14 and is determined to promote Olympic values such as friendship, excellence, and respect among those in the most vulnerable and impoverished areas in the country.

Sponsoring field projects that aim to solve problems within local communities using Table Tennis, the Dream Building Fund powered by GSD is a biennial open call for initiatives that contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The call for the new round of projects starting 2022 opens on August 1, 2021 and will be closed on September 29, 2021. Grant for individual project range from EUR 10,000 – 35,000.
