Registration Open: Join the 2026 World Table Tennis for Health Festival this October in Shanghai, China!

The registration for the 2026 World Table Tennis for Health Festival is officially open!

An initiative by the ITTF Foundation, powered by Ultimate Table Tennis, organised together with the Chinese Table Tennis Association (CTTA) and the Shanghai Sports Federation, the 2026 edition of the Festival will take place from 20–25 October in Shanghai, China, marking the very first time the Festival is heading to Asia and to one of the world's great table tennis cities.

The Festival will once again feature the World Parkinson's Table Tennis Championships, World Alzheimer's Table Tennis Championships, and the World Table Tennis for Health Congress, alongside a range of healthy side activities designed to promote health, inclusion, and meaningful connections through table tennis.

To take advantage of the 30% early bird discount, we encourage you to complete your registration by 31 August 2026.

All-inclusive Official Package

To optimise logistical arrangements and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, participation in the 2026 Festival is available only through the official package. The official package has been designed to provide participants with a seamless experience while offering all essential services hassle-free.

The package includes:

  • Registration for the Championships, Congress, and healthy side activities
  • Official accommodation
  • Three meals per day (including lunch and dinner on the arrival day, and breakfast on the departure day)
  • Airport transfers between the Shanghai airports and the official hotel
  • Shuttle transportation between the official hotel and Festival venues
  • Access to the Field of Play and Players' Lounge
  • Wi-Fi access at the hotel and event venues
  • Guided visits to the ITTF and CTTA Museums
  • Access to the Fun Park Zone
  • Farewell Party

Participants who complete their registration by 31 August 2026 will receive a 30% early bird discount on the official package.

Please note: Participants registered for either the World Parkinson's Table Tennis Championships or the World Alzheimer's Table Tennis Championships are also entitled to attend the World Table Tennis for Health Congress at no additional registration cost.

Pre-Event Training Camp: Get Prepared for the Festival

To better support participants travelling from around the world, a Pre-Event Training Camp will be held on 17–18 October 2026, with 16 October designated as the official arrival day.

The training camp has been introduced to help participants:

  • Adapt to time differences and recover from jet lag
  • Rest after long-distance travel
  • Train with local players and coaches before the Festival begins
