Early Bird Update for the 2026 World Table Tennis for Health Festival: 30% Off for Everyone Until 31 August!

The early bird discount for the 2026 World Table Tennis for Health Festival has been increased from 10% to 30% off the official package, and from 20% to 30% for the Pre-Event Training Camp. The early bird period has also been extended to 31 August 2026. The new rate applies to everyone, including those who have already registered!

From 20–25 October, the Festival comes to Shanghai, China — the first time in its history that the event is held in Asia, and in one of the world's great table tennis cities. This year also marks 100 Years of the ITTF and of table tennis, and we want the door of the Festival to be open as wide as it can be, welcoming everyone from around the world to compete, to enjoy the game and to share the friendship that comes with it.

We are also aware of how much the journey asks of those who want to join us. For many participants travelling from Europe, the Americas and beyond, coming to Shanghai means long travels, loads of planning, often with family members or carers. By extending the early bird period and raising the discount to 30%, we hope to take some of that weight off our participants' shoulders. We also hope that more of the people who want to be there can be there, and that everyone arrives with fewer concerns and more focus on the competition and the togetherness.

The early bird rate of 30% off the official package now applies to all registrations completed by 31 August 2026, as well as participants who have already registered.

If you have registered and paid, the difference between the amount paid and the new early bird rate will be fully reimbursed upon arrival in Shanghai, in cash, in Chinese yuan (CNY). There is no need to re-register or to change any existing booking. Everything included in the official package stays exactly as it is. We have contacted the participants concerned directly by email with the full details.
