#PeaceOnTheTable was spread all over the world in the framework of World Table Tennis Day (WTTD) 2022. Promoters did a fantastic job hosting events focused on resolving conflicts and making peace in communities across the five continents. Event organisers and ITTF Member Associations (MAs) showed the strength of table tennis in schools, towns, and cities, and thousands of fans following our 24-hour online stream through our different platforms.

Four Ukrainian players will be participating in the WTT Star Contender Doha 2022. Pesotska Margaryta, Bilenko Tetiana, Gaponova Ganna and Zhmudenko Yaroslav arrived in Qatar and will start competing on Friday 25 March 2022.

Since its launch in June 2020, the #TableTennisUnited Fund had supported over 118 initiatives globally. The #TableTennisUnited Fund has supported 109 initiatives worldwide since its launch in June 2020. With the generous donation of 57 donors and the ITTF Group, a total of 406,428 USD (and counting!) is raised and has been distributed to help those that took a hard hit by the pandemic in the table tennis community.
